Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026 · These terms apply to all BizKit Pro plans and the free trial.

Plain English summary: You pay for a monthly subscription via Gumroad. You get access to BizKit Pro. Your data lives on your device — we can't recover it if you lose it. Don't use the app for anything illegal. That's pretty much it.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BizKit Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

2. Description of service

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. Intellectual property

BizKit Pro, its design, code, copy, and branding are our intellectual property. The email templates and document layouts provided within the app are licenced to you for your business use — they are not to be redistributed or sold.
